For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. If your order contains products that are unavailable at the time of shipping, we may partially ship your order and back order (to be shipped when available) the product(s) that are unavailable at the time of the initial shipment (if this is our option, your order status will be listed as 'partial shipment') .  We may also select to hold your order until all of the products ordered are in stock and available to ship (if this is our option, your order status will be listed as 'pending'). You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
