How do I return an item?

We take pride in ensuring the potency and quality of our products. Our manufacturing is preformed only in the United States under strict cGMP quality controls and follows FDA guidelines. We go to even greater lengths than what is federally required; giving our customers the freshest natural products available in today's marketplace. Our customers’ expressed satisfaction with our products and service consistently remind of us our commitment to these strict standards.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unused products within 30 days of receipt for a product refund*, minus shipping charges.

*Only one opened bottle of any product is ever eligible for return. All others of the same product must be sealed to receive a refund. Sealed bottles returned for refund are limited to three per product. If more than three unopened bottles of any product are returned, store credit will be awarded (no refund). No more than 12 bottles of any product may be returned.

In the rare instance that product is requested to be returned, please make sure to call for a return authorization number (RMA). This RMA# must be shown on the outside of the returned package. We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns. Because we are not able to actually package and make the shipping arrangements, we are not responsible for shipping or handling costs on returned items or for items that never make it back to our facility. Packages received without RMA#'s will not be accepted.
